By using the Site you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site is a corporate information website for Tesaroche, an AI-first venture studio. It describes the company, consumer ventures and enterprise platforms, and provides a way to contact the Tesaroche Team.

The Site is not:

• A marketplace or open invitation to accept all development work
• The Odasiti consumer product or its terms of service
• The TetraSense product or its terms of service
• Legal, investment or professional advice

Odasiti is a registered business name of Tesaroche Pty Ltd and is operated under its own product materials, terms and privacy notices where applicable.

TetraSense is owned and developed by Tesaroche Pty Ltd and is backed by Tetra Tech. Use of TetraSense is governed by TetraSense product terms and related arrangements, not by these corporate Site Terms.

Submitting an enquiry through the Site does not create a client, partnership, employment or investment relationship. The Tesaroche Team may respond where an enquiry appears relevant and may decline enquiries that are not a fit.

You agree that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have authority to share it.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to disrupt, probe or overload the Site or its infrastructure
• Submit malware, spam or automated abuse through forms or interfaces
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Scrape the Site in a way that impairs service or violates applicable law

Site content, branding and design are owned by Tesaroche or used under licence / permission (including portfolio marks and screenshots shown with approval). You may not copy, modify or redistribute Site materials except as permitted by law or with prior written consent.

Third-party names and logos (including Tetra Tech) remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification of publicly approved relationships only. TetraSense branding is used in connection with a Tesaroche-owned enterprise platform.

Portfolio descriptions, screenshots and status labels are provided for general information. Product features and availability may change. Do not rely on the Site as a complete specification of any product.

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tesaroche disclaims warranties regarding uninterrupted access, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tesaroche is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from use of the Site or reliance on its content.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Courts of Western Australia have jurisdiction, subject to any non-excludable consumer rights.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
